His story
Emiro Erazo grows coffee in San Lorenzo, in northern Nariño. He is committed to specialty coffee with several varieties, among them Geisha and Pink Bourbon, which he processes as washed coffees. That diversity lets him show the many faces of his land.
His work does not end at the farm. He was part of the Junta de Acción Comunal, his community’s local council, and today he takes part in several local organizations working for the development of the area. For him, coffee is part of a development built together.
He brings that same spirit to the Association, where we cup his coffee lot by lot and every result goes back to his farm.
