Her story
Carolina Erazo grows coffee in Taminango, in northern Nariño. She learned from her father how to care for the farm: to know every plant, to wait patiently for the harvest and to receive with gratitude what the coffee trees give.
She keeps sowing that knowledge every day, with love for the land and the idea that the farm will remain a beautiful place for those who come after.
Her coffee reaches the Association as parchment. In our laboratory we analyze and cup it lot by lot, and the results go back to her farm.
