His story
Aurelio Martínez grows coffee in San Lorenzo, in northern Nariño, on a farm at 2,000 meters above sea level.
He was among the first to plant new varieties in the territory, Geisha among them. The altitude of his farm and his work with that variety have allowed him to develop profiles of his own, with an aroma you can recognize in his cup.
At the Association we cup his coffee harvest after harvest, following how altitude and Geisha express themselves in the cup.
