His story
Ariel Hidrobo grows coffee in San Lorenzo, in northern Nariño. On his farm, coffee is a family endeavor, and he is the one who guides it.
He works Pink Bourbon as a washed coffee, and harvest after harvest he is developing the profile of his own coffee.
At the Association we accompany that path: we cup his coffee lot by lot, and every result goes back to his farm so he can keep refining it.
